Return & Refund Policy

At Thread Nation, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.

  • You must submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items marked as Final Sale, clearance, or customized cannot be returned or refunded.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Lingerie, swimwear, and undergarments

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@thread-nation.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief explanation of your reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address (as provided by our supplier, Brands Gateway).

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Please note: Returns must be shipped back to Brands Gateway’s warehouse — not to the Thread Nation business address.


4. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

  • If your return is rejected (for example, due to signs of use or damage), we’ll inform you via email.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@thread-nation.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund after verifying the issue.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the product for a refund and place a new order.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed by our supplier, it cannot be canceled.
